Payments

Fees and payment schedules will be communicated in the applicable quotation, proposal or agreement. Delayed payments may result in suspension of services.

Digital Marketing Results

Digital marketing results depend on search engines, social media platforms, competition, market conditions and other factors beyond our control.

Therefore, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads, sales, followers or revenue unless expressly agreed in writing.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, content, approvals and access required to complete the agreed work. Delays from the client may affect project timelines.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed, Maitreya Digital retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, templates and methodologies. Rights to final commissioned work will be governed by the applicable client agreement and payment terms.

Third-Party Services

We may use third-party platforms such as Google, social media networks, hosting services and other tools. We are not responsible for changes, outages or policies of third-party platforms.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms will be governed by the applicable quotation, proposal or service agreement. Work already completed and applicable third-party costs may remain payable.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maitreya Digital will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts having appropriate jurisdiction in New Delhi, India shall have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to applicable law.
